We are a fully ecommerce-based business, so you can order from anywhere in the U.S. — and beyond! We work with a trusted nationwide network of printers and decorators to ensure your order is fulfilled with quality and care, no matter where you are.

Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Have a question outside of business hours? Feel free to submit an inquiry and we'll get back to you first thing.

Most orders are completed within 10 business days after proof approval and payment. Some promotional products may require up to 20 business days — and if that applies to your order, we'll let you know upfront. Turnaround does not include shipping transit time.
Yes! Rush production is available and the applicable rate will be shown at checkout. Please keep in mind that rush production and expedited shipping are two separate options, each with its own cost. If you need both, both will be added to your order. Plan accordingly so your items arrive on time!

Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the quote request form at the top of our website and one of our team members will follow up with pricing and details. No phone calls or walk-ins needed.

We accept checks, ACH (bank transfer), and all major credit/debit cards for your convenience.

Our pricing already includes built-in volume discounts — so the more you order, the better your rate. As for nonprofits, we believe in giving back and will do our best to offer a reasonable discount. Don't hesitate to ask us when requesting a quote!

Embroidery is priced based on the number of stitches in your design. As a general reference, a standard 4" × 4" logo on the left chest typically falls between 5,000 and 7,000 stitches. Larger or more detailed designs will have a higher stitch count. We'll always provide a clear quote before production begins.

Available garment colors depend on the brand and style offered by the manufacturer. However, if you're looking for a very specific or custom color, we recommend sublimation printing — it prints edge-to-edge in virtually any color or pattern, giving you maximum creative freedom.

Since we operate fully online, we are unable to accept customer-supplied garments — there's no physical drop-off location. But don't worry! We offer competitive pricing on blanks and are happy to price-match if you find a lower rate elsewhere. Just share the details and we'll take care of sourcing and decorating everything for you — less hassle, better results.

Yes! We offer pre-production samples so you can see and feel the finished product before committing to a full run. Please note that there is a cost associated with producing a pre-production sample. Ask us for details when requesting your quote.

We accept the following file formats: AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, PNG, and JPG. For the best print results, we recommend vector files (AI, SVG, or EPS) whenever possible, as they scale without loss of quality.

To keep our pricing as competitive as possible, we ask that customers come prepared with a final, print-ready design. We're happy to make minor adjustments at no charge. If you need more extensive design work, we can accommodate that at $50/hour.
For most orders, your proof is included with your quote. For special placements or custom orders, we'll send your proof via email. Either way, we will never begin production without your explicit approval — your sign-off is required before we move forward.

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $200 to a single U.S. address. Please note that some promotional items sourced internationally may carry an additional shipping surcharge. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please be aware that all international orders are subject to the destination country's applicable Duty and VAT taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers will also be required to provide a business tax ID or personal tax ID/passport number to facilitate customs clearance.
